How do I order a card reader?

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen. Select 'Card Reader' from the drop down menu and follow the instructions on screen.
Note: For a first time order, there is no charge.
An additional card reader will incur a fee of £8.00 which will be debited from the account you nominate at time of order.

Speak to a customer services adviser
Simply call Phoneline Banking on8008008888 † , log in and choose option zero (0) and one of our Customer Service Advisers will be happy to order a Card Reader for you. Our Advisers are available between 8am and 12am (Midnight), 7 days a week.
