How can I change the address on my accounts?

• Visit a branch

  Drop in to any AIB branch with suitable ID during opening hours*, where a member of staff can help you complete your request.

  * For branch opening hours and telephone number, please use the Branch Locator .

• Online Banking

  You can change your address on Online Banking for your AIB (NI) Credit Cards only .

  Log in to Online Banking and click on 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen, then select 'Manage My Cards' from the drop down list.

  Select the credit card you wish to change the address on by clicking on the chevron and then select 'Change Credit Card Address' from the menu.

  Note: You will need your card reader to complete this request.
