How do I search for a cheque on my account?

Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and click 'Services & Settings' from the top of the screen. Then select 'Cheques ' from the drop down menu followed by 'Cheque Search'. Choose the account you wish to search,enter the cheque number and select 'Search'.
Note: You will need the number of the cheque you wish to search for.

Phoneline Banking
You can confirm whether a cheque you have written has been presented within the last 6 months or last 100 transactions, whichever is the most recent over the telephone.
Simply call Phoneline Banking on8008008888†, log in and choose option one (1) and follow the voiced instructions.
